As a professionally trained business coach, Teresa brings over 17 years of consumer packaged goods sales and marketing experience. She has a proven track record of building high performance people and teams. As well, she brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to business and a dedication to making a difference in organizations and people’s lives. As a coach, she is passionate about working with business leaders and teams at all levels of the organization to strengthen leadership capabilities and enhance performance and effectiveness. She knows what it means to take risks and manage them effectively. She has personally walked the path of self-awareness, on-going learning and development, informed choice, balance and fulfillment.
Prior to The Third I Business Coaching and Consulting, Teresa held a variety of senior sales and marketing leadership roles in companies like Hallmark Cards Canada, Hershey Canada, Colgate-Palmolive Canada and Nestle Canada. Teresa also works as a consultant on projects in both the private and public sectors to invoke change and create opportunities from a marketing/sales perspective. She is also a part-time Instructor at the Humber College Business School with a focus on creating a positive learning environment by using a variety of teaching/learning strategies as well as demonstrating leadership in a multicultural classroom.
Teresa holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto and has received professional coach training from Adler/University of Toronto, and is currently completing the Teacher/Trainer Adult program at Centennial College.
